Cheryl Frelin Cheryl is an RDA (registered dental assistant) and is a graduate of College of San Mateo Dental Assisting Program. She has been on staff for over nine years. Cheryl enjoys spending her spare time with her husband, Ian, her son, Dakota, and their dog, Thump, a black Labrador retriever.
Jamie Chappell Jamie is an RDA and is a graduate of the College of San Mateo Dental Assisting Program. She attended El Camino High School in South San Francisco and has been working in our office for over 15 years. She had braces over ten years ago with Dr. Dugoni and loves her beautiful smile. She and her husband, Mario, have three girls. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and friends.
Shamy Paul Shamy is our treatment coordinator and has been on staff for over 6 years. She will help you during the initial stages of treatment, including the examination, and consultation. She can also assist patients with their scheduling needs, answering our phones and dental digital imaging. Shamy graduated from El Camino High School and is now attending San Francisco State University. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her friends and family.
Judy Miranda Judy is our appointment coordinator working with all of our patients' scheduling needs. She helps with scheduling appointments and answering phones. Judy has three wonderful kids; Daniel, Marc and Liliana. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her kids and family.
Tricia Plummer Tricia is the financial coordinator who has been on staff for over 9 years. She has 25 years of accounting experience. She will assist patients with all their financial needs including insurance processing. Tricia enjoys spending her spare time with her husband, Rich, and her grandchildren, Monique and Toby.
Shadieh Kharsa Shadieh is an RDA and is a graduate of the College of San Mateo Dental Assisting Program and has been on staff for over 7 years. She recently completed orthodontic treatment in our office and is very happy with her smile. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and friends.
