Clinical Staff
Our Registered Dental Assistants include: Cheryl Ferlin, R.D.A., Jamie Chappell, R.D.A., and Melissa Nations, R.D.A. All three women graduated from the College of San Mateo Dental Assistant Program. Between the three of them, Cheryl, Jamie and Melissa have over 40 years of dental assisting experience. They will work closely with you throughout the duration of your orthodontic treatment.
Financial Coordinator
Tricia Plummer is our financial coordinator with over 10 years of experience. She manages financial arrangements and insurance procedures. Please contact Tricia if you have any questions regarding your account.
Treatment Coordinator
Shamy Paul is our treatment coordinator with over eight years of experience. She will help you during the initial stages of treatment including the examination and consultation. Shamy is available to answer your questions regarding any aspect of your orthodontic treatment.
Appointment Coordinator
Judy Miranda has been our appointment coordinator for over three years. She will assist you with your scheduling needs. Please contact Judy if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Administrative Staff
Jared Freitas is our "Behind the Scenes" staff assistant. Although you may not see him very often, Jared is a very important member of our team. For over two years, Jared has been helping us upload images and x-rays to our Dolphin Imaging system.
